Terms of Service

Mir Digital d.o.o. produces a variety of media formats, including, but not limited to, websites, e-cards, mobile applications, video games, and online videos. In this policy, Mir Digital d.o.o. will be referred to as “the organization”, or “Mir Digital”. All products and directly offered services of the organization collectively will be referred to as “services”. People who will use or buy any of these services will be referred to as “users”, “customers”, or “visitors”. In order to make the information easy to understand, this policy also refers to Mir Digital as “we” or “us” and to the reader as “you.”

This Terms of Service document informs readers about our terms and conditions for our subject services, which includes our websites where a link to this document is provided, or our software products that the URL of this document is provided through product’s interface or the store platforms which they are released.

By using our services, including visiting our websites, downloading our mobile apps, or purchasing our software products, these terms will automatically apply to you. Therefore you should make sure that you read them carefully before using our services.

Our Rights and Responsibilities

As Mir Digital, we are committed to ensuring that our services are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the details of our services or to charge for our services, at any time and for any reason, without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.

We will never charge you for our services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

For all of our services, we reserve the right for terminating our support any time we see fit. We may also prevent users from using our services if we determine that they attempt to block or by-pass through our income methods while they are using our services, such as blocking advertisements we serve through our services, or accessing paid contents without making payments.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Mir Digital d.o.o. will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of our service will have some requirements you need to meet to be able to use them. Most notably, if a service requires an active internet connection to work, we cannot take any responsibility for the service not working at full functionality when you don’t have access to an internet connection. Your connection may be Ethernet, WiFi, or mobile network, but we cannot accept any responsibility if you don’t have any of your data transfer allowance left from your internet service provider too.

Similarly, if a service we offer has minimal hardware or software requirements to work, but you cannot meet all the requirements, such a modern web browser for our websites, or the minimum supported android version for our android apps, we cannot be held responsible when our services do not work at full functionality.

In cases where you experience technical problems while using our services, such as our software products, we may offer you some guidance and attempt to help, but we cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss caused by technical difficulties or problems.

As Mir Digital, we are responsible to stand by our privacy policy, which we will provide through our official store pages or link in the services we offer. You can read our Privacy Policy here;

Your Rights and Responsibilities

You’re not allowed to copy or modify any part of the content we offer through our services. You cannot use our trademarks in any way. And you cannot republish any content you access by using our services, neither by using your name/brand or by using the Mir Digital brand name.

For our websites, you are not allowed to save the content in any format that you can share or publish. But you can link, share, and distribute the content by using our website URLs, embedded social media tools on our websites, or using our website URLs on other platforms.

For our videos, which we may publish on our channels on third party websites such as YouTube, you can share and publish each video only by linking the videos on our official channels, or embedding the videos which are hosted on our official channels. You can share these videos directly on social media platforms by using the sharing tools of the video platforms or the methods we provide. You are not allowed to download and re-upload our videos on any platform. Even if you download and edit our videos to personalize them, you are not allowed to share or publish them as long as the original video belongs to Mir Digital.

For our software products, including mobile apps and video games, you’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code or art assets. You also shouldn’t try to translate our software products into other languages, or make derivative versions. For any derivative versions, the software product itself, all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, will still belong to Mir Digital d.o.o., but you cannot expect any help or responsibility from us for any issues you may experience by using such derivative versions of our products.

While it is our responsibility to stand by our privacy policy, it is your responsibility to ensure that you do not actively provide us with any sensitive information unless it is necessary. Our services may involve some interactions where you are asked to provide some information such as usernames, email addresses, and passwords for your memberships on our services, or billing details for your purchases. While we can try to keep our services secure, keep in mind that bad intended individuals may manage to break into your devices and steal some information during or after your interaction. Therefore,  It’s your responsibility to be careful about your device security. We recommend installing trustable antivirus and anti-malware software on your devices. You may also want to avoid processes like “Jailbreak” or “Root” for your mobile devices, as these processes can open some risks by removing software restrictions in the device operating system.

Third Party Terms

Some services we offer may use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. As we do not operate the entities that offer these services we cannot accept any responsibility regarding their service terms. To learn about the terms of these third party services, you need to read the Terms of Service documents for the respective services.

Down below, you can see links to the Terms of Service documents of the providers of the third party services we often use;

Similarly, if you are using our services through an internet connection, you should remember that you are subject to Terms and Conditions of your Internet Service Provider. For example, if you are using an internet connection which has a data transfer limit, you should be careful about the amount of data you transferred while using our services. If you exceed your limits determined in the Terms and Conditions you accepted, you may be charged by your Internet Service Provider for additional costs. Mir Digital is not responsible for such costs. In using our services, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges based on third party terms you have accepted. And please be responsible for the bill payer if you are using our services on someone else’s device or internet connection.
